Originally from London England, Simon has over 20 years of experience as a competitive athlete where he competed at the national level in Swimming and Triathlon. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Simon worked as a Personal Trainer for six years at Holmes Place Gym in London. During this time he helped his clients attain health and fitness goals, he felt it was a perfect environment to learn about the body and to understand its capabilities and limitations.
In 2006, Simon completed the International Therapy Examination Council Level 3 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy from St. Mary’s College in London. In February of 2011 he graduated from A New Beginning School of Massage in Austin, Texas.
Simon’s overall goal for massage is to promote blood flow through muscles which will reduce chronic pain, increase restricted range of motion and break down scar tissue in the muscles. This will prevent further injury, allow the body to recover and get people back in the game.
Earlier this year, he completed his 2nd Tough Mudder, Simon also completed the Spartan ‘Super’ and Spartan ‘Sprint’ distance races, with a goal of completing the Spartan ‘Beast’ distance in November. In July this year his team qualified for finals of the CG Games which will be in Austin in September. In 2013 he competed in the Austin Fit Magazine Fittest Competition where he finished 10th in his age group.

Ron is originally from Waco, Tx. He graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sports Science. In 1997 he graduated from Austin Schools of Massage and started ATP.
